Democratic Comprehensive Energy Plan reduce the price of gasoline is how we will. And that's why we're doing. This country is so underutilized industrial capacity in our auto plants, aircraft factories, steel factories and electronics plants to produce energy independent America of 2 to 5 years. We can build windmills enough wind and solar and wave power generation to replace 90% of all electricity produced by coal and natural gas and the reduction CO2 emissions in the United States for at least 25%. For 400 million we could build 400,000 windmills to wind and provide electricity to all U.S. households. Coal and natural gas saved by Green replaceable Elecrrical generation can now be used to produce fuel for cars, trucks, buses, boats and aircraft, plastics, chemicals, fertilizers and pharmaceuticals.
