Why not make Russia the production of green energy?
The latest news is that Russia will build a military force to ensure that the Arctic is "active," most of the Arctic is in conflict with many countries, but Russia insists that it is theirs. Why what are they doing this? If Russia is focused on green energy production, they would not need as much oil and would not need an export economy oil. Russia is huge, the potential of the land to build wind turbines in operation, geothermal and hydropower is almost unmatched. What happens to them? They do not realize to realize that the world changes for the production of greener energy that no one will want more than their oil? They have to wake up and smell the coffee. You can put your shit of petroleum, which is the only need.
For theirs is the power of oil (in the sense of domination). Russia is a major supplier of natural gas and other petroleum products to a large part of Europe. When you want to show their power, turn off the gas heating in winter and half of Europe was frozen. This is not directly on the fuel, but in power (domination). At the same time, absorbing oil in the North does not exclude development its green energy. So you're right, it's probably something to do.
