There was not much news and controversy about the CAP and the commercial invoice to be passed in the House of Representatives in July 2009. To cap and trade more acceptable for the opposition, was renamed the U.S. Clean Energy and Security Act 2009. Most agree that carbon emissions must be controlled. But who disagree is how to perform this operation. And companies are concerned about the cost and financial impact. The unsuspecting public will also be affected, since most of the carbon emissions from our homes, our cars and our daily activities.

So what is carbon trading is it?

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is the culprit. It occurs in humans through proper breathing. It is also emitted by burning fuel fuels, driving cars or creating light. In fact, every time you or your company or your home uses electricity, natural gas, coal (for heating and cooling) gasoline or diesel, increasing the amount of emissions of greenhouse gases in general and in particular CO2. The term carbon footprint refers to measure the impact of emissions carbon in the environment. The idea of carbon offsetting is an attempt to find a balance. We can draw an analogy with the challenge of reducing weight. If you overeat, you would have to compensate the weight loss of activity, such as exercise. During the recession in the U.S., good news on employment front is encouraging. Going Green in the May result in more green money to individuals and businesses to seize the opportunity.
