Where I can find financial support for my "green" home?

I'm looking for scholarships or grants (which they are) or loans Low-interest. Northern California. Outside the home network. Full sun. Adding wind later. 3500 sq. ft. 20 acres. Does the creation of small farm (Goats and goat soap.) SIP, ICF foundation, thinking of packing, radiant heat / cold. Try to see life suitable for modern homes, using the latest techniques in energy conservation. I know there are funds out there, but I do not know where to look. Recently completed construction and bank jerk current and ruined our credit and refinancing options through excessive penalties for delay (delay in the construction period, no payments). Credit cards ran to the final construction loan and none left to pay. Want to show off the network that does not include small houses, wood stoves, LED lights, so it may be higher.
